§ 1-10. Coordination with State and Federal Requirements.

All lots, structures, utilities, land disturbing activities and filling activities shall comply with all applicable State and Federal regulations, including but not limited to, the Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) of 1974; Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Code of Federal Regulations; and the Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973. Whenever there is a conflict between requirements, the more restrictive shall apply.
