§ 1-1. Authority and Enactment Clause.

An Appendix establishing comprehensive conservation regulations for certain areas of the Down East portion of Carteret County, North Carolina, and providing for the administration, enforcement, and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of North Carolina General Statutes 153A-121 and 153A-340 through 153A-348 inclusive and for the repeal of any Appendix in conflict herewith.
