Attached hereto as Appendix A is a glossary and listing in alphabetical order of various terms and words used in these Regulations. Except as specifically defined on Appendix A or as defined by the United States Code, FAA Regulations or Chapter 63 of the North Carolina General Statutes, all words in these Regulations have their customary dictionary definitions.
