Appendix 2008. Additions to buildings deficient in parking spaces.

The provision of extra parking spaces is not required for additions to existing buildings and uses that do not meet the minimum requirements for offstreet parking spaces if any such additions do not represent an additional parking requirement of more than three offstreet parking spaces. If more than three parking spaces would be required, the addition must comply with all applicable parking standards.
