§ 4-5. Blocks.

  • 4-5.1.

    Block length. Intersecting streets shall be laid out at such intervals that block lengths are not more than 1,500 feet except where, upon the approval of the planning commission, existing conditions justify a modification of this requirement.

    4-5.2.

    Block width. Blocks shall have sufficient width to provide for two tiers of lots of appropriate depth, except where otherwise required to separate residential development from through traffic or nonresidential uses.
