§ 4-10. Planned unit developments.

Subdivisions designed involving planned unit developments shall comply with the additional provisions of sections 8-28 and 8-29 of the Carteret County Group Housing Ordinance and, when located within zoned areas, sections 3206 and 3207 of the Carteret County Zoning Ordinance.
