§ 3-9. Recordation of final plats.

Approval of a final plat for a major subdivision is contingent upon the plat being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds within six months after the approval date of the final plat. Failure to record the approved plat within the specified six-month period shall render the plat null and void.
