§ 2. Penalties for violation.

Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished for each offense by a fine not exceeding $50.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day such a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. If more than one provision is violated, each day each provision is violated shall be deemed a separate offense.
