§ 7. Underskirting of manufactured homes on individual lots.

Any MH placed in Carteret County on individual lots after adoption of this ordinance shall have a corrosive-resistant skirt extending from the bottom of the MH to the ground. Said skirt shall be provided with an access door measuring 18" × 24" or larger.
