§ 5. Utilities, anchorage, and grading.

5.1.

Water supply: Each MH shall obtain water from a potable water supply. Water for drinking, cooking, laundry, and general sanitary uses for each individual MH shall be obtained only from faucets or other plumbing connections located within each MH.

5.2.

Sewage disposal: Each MH shall have an adequate sewage disposal system, either by connection to a public sewer system or to a septic tank system.
