§ 1. Requirements for certificate of occupancy.

No certificate of occupancy shall be issued for a MH to be located in an unzoned area on an individual lot other than within a MH park, unless all the requirements of this ordinance are complied with. In the event the requirements of this article conflict with a requirement for MH's under any other ordinance, then the most restrictive requirement shall apply.
